* cmd_diff_log.cc (prepare_diff): add --reverse; not working yet
* monotone.texi (Informative): doc --reverse
* options_list.hh (diff_options): add --reverse
* tests/diff_reverse: New file.
* tests/diff_reverse/__driver__.lua: New file.
* txt2c.cc (atomic_update_if_changed): add remove; rename target cannot
be an existing file.
