Partial fix for do_remove_recusive on MinGW; don't report error if path doesn't
exist, force \ directory separator.
* platform.hh: add comments on do_remove_recursive, do_remove.
* unix/fs.cc (do_remove_recursive): move part of comment to spec
* win32/fs.cc (do_remove_recursive): don't declare pFrom to be a constant
string. Allow non-existing path, force \ directory separator.
