ChangeLog:
* cmd_netsync.cc: fall back on the default server stored in the db if no
stdio / netsync host is given; also save this host if --set-default is given
just as we advertise it everywhere else as well
* monotone.texi: adapted accordingly
* options_list.hh: tweak the --set-default description a bit since the
netsync / stdio host is not always given as first argument, but also as
option for the plain `au remote` call
monotone --db={your.database} diff
