ChangeLog:
* MonotoneUtil.h/cpp: return a string map instead of a simple list when
returning the private keys of a user. Since mtn 0.45 each key is identified by
its hash and we should really use this internally as well; Also introduce a new
method to query a particular set of database variables (which will be needed
later on)
* CommitRevision.cpp/ui: allow the selection of a key directly in the commit
revision dialog
* NEWS: ...note this change
