implement 'bisect reset'; allow for marking multiple --revisions in one command
* cmd_ws_commit.cc (bisect_reset): reset back to starting revision and remove
bisection information
(bisect_status): add entry for starting revision
(bisect_update): allow multiple --revision options to be marked as good, bad
or skipped; record starting revision when bisection is initialized; tweak
output of revision counts; clarify and document algorithm
* work.{cc,hh} (syms, get_bisect_info, put_bisect_info): add bisect "start"
symbol used when bisection is initialized and reset
* tests/bisect/__driver__.lua: add checks for presence/absence of bisection
information; add tests for reset functionality and remove explict updates;
add test for marking multiple revisions as good, bad or skipped
