* ancestry.cc: add implementation of database graph_loader for use by bisect and
log
* cmd_diff_log.cc: remove use of std::deque
(revision_loader): remove obsolete struct
(log): update to use new graph_loader class
* cmd_ws_commit.cc (revision_loader): remove obsolete class
(bisect_setup): update to use new graph_loader class
* revision.hh (graph_loader): declare new class here
