* option_list.hh: new option "--non-interactive" which disables keyboard
prompts f.e. for key decryption
* option_list.hh: remove disable ssh-agent option (not sure if its a good idea
to disable ssh-agent for stdio or not)
* monotone.texi: document the implicit setting of non_interactive for au stdio,
au remote and au remote_stdio
* key_store.cc, cmd_netsync.cc, cmd_automate.cc, network/automate_session.cc:
implement --non-interactive handling here
