* INSTALL: on Debian Lenny, libbotan-dev suggests libbotan1.7, and this one is
incorrectly build without libgmp3-dev and libbz2-dev dependencies, so we're
adding these in our list just to be sure configure runs through
monotone --db={your.database} diff
