* since QFileSystemWatcher notifies us about every single path change (which
may at some time double or triple the actual needed amount of inventory
reloads), we "collect" a path list and notify our listeners after 500ms about
that
* the compiled file list is cleaned from duplicates and dependent paths (i.e.
if a/b and a changed, only a needs to be notified) - this fixes FS#34
