Set roster cache minimum size to 3.
Apparently a significant fraction of merges only have one uncommon
ancestor on each side; a cache of size 3 has a quarter or less of
the cache misses of a cache of size 2 (not that most trees will have
large enough rosters for this setting to come into effect).
