put_roster_for_revision() sanity-checked its roster twice, which is a bit
excessive.
make_roster_for_revision() sanity-checks the roster it makes.
calculate_ident() also sanity-checks the roster it operates on.
Make calculate_ident() take an extra flag to control this, profile time for
roster_t::check_sane() goes from ~27% to ~15% for auroraux pull.
