delta_rosters() can now take a cset, so it can ignore untouched nodes.
This only works when the child revision is not a merge, because nodes in a
merge revision can have different mark sets from either parent even when they
have the same value as both parents. monotone pull seems slightly faster (about
5% or 1 min), auroraux pull is a little over 20% faster (73 min vs. 95 min).
