Added preliminary support for add, drop, revert, ignore and unignore actions;
open issues
- filenames with non-ascii chars cannot be reloaded
- ignoring files works, but we need to find a graceful way to restart the stdio
process in order to let it pick up the changes
- unignoring files does not quite work, need to figure out why
