date format tweaks
* cmd_diff_log.cc (log): switch to date_time_long format for compatibility with
status and commit
* std_hooks.lua (get_date_format_spec): switch to %F ad %T from %x and %X
because the latter don't seem to work for date parsing and the former do
monotone --db={your.database} diff
