* vocab.h (CertList): add a simple accessor to query distinct signers of a list
of revision certs; add an optional second parameter "signer" to all find*
methods and rename them slightly
* Annotate.cpp, GetBranchLog.cpp, WorkspaceCreator.cpp, NodeInfo.cpp: ...alter
the calls here as well
* CertListBrowser.cpp: output the certs of a revision grouped by signer - this
is not quite finished as I certainly want to look up the name and optionally
even the local name of a signer instead of simply displaying the key id
