* cmd_list.cc (tags): add optional tag pattern and --exclude option; match tags
against optional pattern and exclude options; include branch names with tags
* monotone.texi (Informative): update documentation of list branches command to
match current functionality; update documentation of list tags for new
pattern matching capabilities
* tests/importing_cvs_tricky_repo_with_tags/test.tags: update tag listings to
match new output
