ChangeLog:
Some initial work to manage databases in one or more central locations. The
idea is that not existing paths are tried to be expanded / resolved with
default locations. This compiles, but doesn't work right now. Maybe its a bad
idea overall and the usage of db aliases should be made explicit (Qt f.e. uses
a leading ":" to distinguish between normal paths and resource paths which are
compiled in, maybe we should address databases equally if the user expects them
to be found outside of the current working directory...?)
