* tests/common/netsync.lua: add an url parameter to the server
instance; for now this is just "mtn://" prefixed in front of
the server's address, but we should really change this in the
future to take complete mtn:// uris including branch patterns
* tests/netsync_default_server_pattern/__driver__.lua:
use srv.url here in a couple of places
