ChangeLog:
* uri.{hh,cc}: don't parse and store the resource separately, but
build it dynamically from the components - this makes it possible
to set empty components to default values after parsing, such as
the URI scheme
* network/connection_info.cc: set "mtn" as URI scheme if its empty;
check for host and path emptyness, not for resource (which may
be now return "mtn://")
* keys.cc, netsync.cc: use uri::resource(), not uri::resource
