ChangeLog:
* commands.cc (command::desc()): only add a trailing new line character
after the abstract if there is actually a non-empty descriptiont
(otherwise we end up having some description strings which end up with
a new line and some which do not)
* ui.cc: move the CMD_HIDDEN(manpage)...
* cmd.cc: ...here, as we no longer need ui.cc's paragraph formatting
functions; also tweak the command's description, add the --hidden
option so that it optionally also creates output for hidden commands
as well as fix a couple of whitespace issues
monotone --db={your.database} diff
