ChangeLog:
* MonotoneHandle.h/cpp: cache the usage of the queried default database
locations; add a new handle type "empty_handle" for commands which
neither need a workspace nor a database (like f.e. automate keys or
automate lua)
* SourcePicker et al: start the work on a generic source picker - since
Qt doesn't let us easily expand QFileDialog, we need to mimic its
behaviour by hand :(
