ChangeLog:
* cmd.cc (manpage): unhide the command and make it a no-workspace
visible command; also pipe the contents into a nroff | less pipe
in case a smart terminal is detected. The exact pipe command is
configurable via a new hook "get_man_page_formatter_command()"
which is
* lua_hooks.hh/cc: ...implemented here
* std_hooks.lua: ...and here set to "nroff -man -Tutf8 | less -R" by
default
