Changelog:
* ui.hh/cc: add a fourth parameter to both format_text functions
which controls whether the first line of a paragraph should be
print indented just as the following lines or not. In certain
situations we want that (e.g. when a complete block of indented
text should be output), in other situations we don't want that
(e.g. when the first line is prefixed with some other text line)
* cmd.cc: change the calls which output the command descriptions
and aliases accordingly
