* cmd_merging.cc: remove automate get_roster
* automate.cc: add a first version of automate get_extended_manifest_of
which only acts on known revision ids, i.e. does not take possible
workspace changes into account, automate inventory should probably
be used for this
* basic_io.hh: add "size" symbol
* database.hh/cc: new get_file_sizes() method which loops over a
roster's file nodes and queries their file sizes
* roster.hh/cc: make dfs_iter usable from other areas
