OK, I've just pushed a revision that fixes the other minor bug open. If I understand correctly, we might as well release this version and it will now be automatically be rebuilt against libbotan 1.8.13 anyway rather than request a binNMU.
I don't see a direct need to depend on libbotan >= 1.8.13-2 as suggested since the broken libbotan should no longer be available for any future builds?
