Hi there,
after fighting with compiling mtn on my VC8, now I solved the problem.
The callgraph in my debugger points out that there is a file called
biolsp.dll which is the root of all evil.
This damned file comes along with EMBASSY Trust Suite from WAVE-Systems.
This software manages the TPM-Module of my laptop.
After uninstalling that rotten software, EVERYTHING works fine with my
beloved mtn.
Wave-Systems offers a patch for that dll, but I didn't test it:

Now I can start coding guitone nativ on my system :-)
