Moving my .mtn-ignore did not fix the problem for me, unfortunately. Even a 1-file/1-subdir test project consistently fails on my windows machine.

Last time I could make it disappear was to move my .mtn-ignore out of the way, run mtn ls unknown and moved it back, if this makes any sense.
