Eh? So you have redeveloped monotouch on windows? If you wrote it, why wouldn't you be able to obfuscate it?
If you are trying to embed the Attachmate/Novell created monotouch.dll, I suspect it has some special stuff in it which prevents that.... or rather, prevents it running on anything but iOS...
