I found Duncan Campbell's book to be very good. It's all in Obj-C, but
you WILL need to learn a bit of that to read it anyway. It's good for
"how do I do X" type stuff

Disclaimer: I got a free copy as I know the author, but it's my most
used iOS book by a LONG shot - the MonoTouch one (Wally, Chris, Rory,
Criag et al) came out after I had learned a lot of whats in it (if you
are starting out, get that one first) - so I gave it away at a user
group I presented at. If you are new to MT and iOS dev, get it.
