Not as far as I am aware. Until there is are further updates (the current
4.0.4.1 only addressed a specific installation issue on Lion)

I am running
XCode 4.2 (and 3.2.6)
MD 2.6 Beta 3
And MT 4.0.41

So I am continuing to use Interface Builder at the moment as you cannot define
your outlets in XCode 4 +

Also be aware that there is still an issue that you will not be able to hover
over your breakpoints at the moment with Lion as this will cause MD to crash
out.

Hope this helps.
