Hi Mikkel and Tomasz, If you look at this bug report - http://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=608 - you should be able to find full code on how to handle custom Callouts and AnnotationViews. As stated you'll need to look into the MapKitElement class for more info.
