Hi Andy, I've got a few more things for you to check...
In your MonoTouch project's .xib, does it refer to the images as "ImageName.png" or "ImageName"? It should be using the latter form, but it sounds like it is maybe using the former. How about for your working Xcode project? Which form does it use?
