Attention Teen Poets.
Get published. Eat Pizza.
Bring a copy of your original poem and be ready to read it to an
audience and a panel of judges. Judges will choose winners. Prizes to
be awarded in four categories: Heartfelt, Hodgepodge, Speak Up (socio-
political/cultural themes) and Festival Favorite. All poems will be
published and added to the public library's circulating collection.
Pizza and snacks will be provided.
This event is free. Teens 13-18 can read and compete. Family and
friends are welcome in the audience.
