Steve, You're right.  Chuck's message caught me at a weak moment - I identified with his frustration.  Been there. That's mostly why I didn't respond to Bob's rant.  Anybody that wants to know what actually happened can contact me directly. I'm glad you had a positive buying experience, Steve.
