Hi Steve... I've used Lanier Sailing Acadamy's boat rental....they have some decent boats. In fact, I learned to sail there.
I don't know what you'd like to rent, but the Capri 22 was one of my favorites. I'd call and reserve a fin keel if possible. They also have smaller and larger boats, like Catalina and Hunter 22's, an Ericsson 25+, Impulse 26 (awesome boat if the still have it!) The boats are reasonably well maintained, and they're good folks to deal with if there's a legitimate problem. I had one with a Pearson 26 several years ago, and they only charges for an hour, even tho I was out nearly 2 hrs. There may be other boat rental places on Lanier, but it's the only sailboat rental that I've had dealings with.
