After the first time, launching and retrieving get easier with each succeeding time as experience and confidence builds. If your Suzuki has a good low speed idle, that should make approaching a dock easy. If you find you need a brake, a bucket with a line tied to the bail and thrown off the stern will stop you pretty fast. Just remember to attach line to a cleat!
