Tod: I was wondering if all that extra weight affected the performance much, and was it all forward? I still have that galley and have been pondering putting in a 14 gallon water bladder under the V berth for those longer trips. When not in use it can be drained and dried out. My 1 and 3 gallon MSR bags leave no taste in the water at all. I assume the larger ones would work the same way.
