Your setup looks very simple and practical, Tod. Our Flicka's Forespar is mounted so close to the bulkhead that only the smallest pots fit. The stove also has an aluminum "ring" that holds the pot in place and the ring restricts the pot size even more than the bulkhead clearance. I think the previous owner installed the Forespar solely to heat soup or coffee underway: I'm sure he used the fixed two-burner alcohol stove, while at anchor, for anything more ambitious.
