That's a bit like comparing apples to oranges..........IMHO I think the chart should read Amps/Hp.........or lb.thrust/HP.......Like any good equation, you need two of the values to find the unknown.........Even knowing the Hp/weight ratio would not give you an accurate projected speed......ie. hull shape, displacement, yadda, yadda, yadda.
