M_Boats: Link error in Upgrade and Renovation Ledgers

I got in too much of a hurry. The Features and Finish ledgers weren't 
linked correctly, but they should be working now. If you've already tried 
it, you should download all of the Feature and Finish ledgers again. 
Structure ledgers were OK.

Find them all under How-To, at the bottom.

Lemme know if anyone finds a problem. I aim to please.
