If anyone with a 15 would like some webbing for jack lines, I have some beige flat webbing similar to seat belt webbing. It is 1 7/8" wide. I had a momentary lapse of math skills and bought twice what I wanted, but have now decided to use slightly more than I originally intended and so have only enough left over for a 15. Confusing enough?
You would need to sew the ends as needed (I'm dropping mine off at my favorite local canvas shop). Free for the asking. If more than one person requests the webbing, the winner will be decided upon by lottery so that those who actually have a life away from the computer aren't penalized. I've decided to try an unconventional approach to jack lines, really only making two long tethers attached to the bow pulpit, one for each side of the boat. The thinking being that then I can fall overboard to either side forward of the mast and still end up back at the transom. Testing that arrangement will be part of my mob tests this summer.
