Hi Bill. I have the same furler on Tullamore. I had a sleeve made which I only use for trailering. No zipper or anything to malfunction, it's really just a long sock which I slide over the furler and furled sail after I lay the mast down. It's then strapped to the mast with ball bungies. Protects the sail from abrasion and unravelling in the wind while driving down the road. Larry
