Roberta and I are planning on making the rendezvous, although we
may not be able to do the whole 2 weeks. We will try for the whole trip
but may only be able to make the Gulf Islands segment. We'll see how
things develop as the time approaches. We hope you and your family have
a blessed Thanksgiving (the best holiday of the year, in my opinion).

Subject: M_Boats: San Juan Rendezvous
Last years San Juan Rendezvous was such a great time that planning is
already underway for the return trip. Several boaters who weren't able
to make it last year have already said they won't miss the next one, so
I'm expecting we'll have an even larger turnout.
We're talking about possibly making it a 2 week trip this time. A
week
in the San Juans and then a week in the Canadian Gulf Islands. People
could come for either or both weeks. It will probably be in early June
again to miss the big crowds and take advantage of the long days.
If you're interested in next years trip, let me know and I'll start a
separate e-mail list of possible participants for planning and updating
purposes, with occasional updates to the whole list. Last years list
had
18 boaters on it, although only 7 were able to make the trip, so don't
feel like signing up is a commitment.
Mark your calenders for early June! Last years trip was the highlight
of my summer and I expect next year to be just as good or better. Only
