My recently purchased M15 has a 1/8" hole just below the bottom aluminum plate holding the rudder. The hole is on the backside of rudder above the water line. It looks like something should be connected.
Is this a place to hook up a line to lift the rudder blade out of the water in shallow water or beaching? If yes, can someone explain how to hook it up? Can the rudder blade be put back into the water the same way with a second line?
