In the Great Lakes, the offering should be to Nana Bijou, right? The Ojibwa god of the waters . . . We gave Nana Bijou a very nice, relatively expensive, rugged canvas wide-brimmed hat on Nipigon and the lake treated us well. I've given too many offerings to Lake Michigan to list . . .
