I keep getting this vision of a hyper-competitive individual barreling toward
the ramp at flank speed. A great geyser of water erupts as tow vehicle first
skids across the surface, then disappears into the inky depths with the
trailer. Meanwhile, the boat breaks away and drifts free. Perhaps a minute
passes, then a human head breaks the water's surface, and the competitor crawls
up
the boarding ladder like a half drowned rat. He staggers to his feet, gagging,
and thrusts his hands skyward in triumph.

This competition is getting really exciting, but I have to tell you, if the
time it takes to back the boat down the ramp is included, I'm not playing.
