I'm a backpacker, so I appreciate Connie's galley tool box, but I'm going down the slide-in galley road because for my purposes the port berth is too short to be useful for sleeping, but super as a seat/galley combo.
I like the idea of being able to move the whole shooting match outside and bridge the cockpit seats Todd (I think that's the idea from the illustration...), move it ashore for beach camping, or even leave it home during a day sail.
