Great places I've sailed the M15 are Lake Champlain, and Moosehead Lake in Maine. Just what you want. Peace and quiet, and at Lake Champlain the power boaters are civilized, either being fishermen trolling, or cruisers with trawlers who are also enjoying the scenery.
