Joe, I've sailed my M-15 "Gemini" in the Bay Area in the past and I feel that the boat's stiffness and dry sailing traits are up to the task if one respects local conditions. As you may know "Little Breeze" was sailed to Hawaii from Huntington Beach in five weeks back in the late 80's...that tells you that the M-15 is strong and able.
