Dave: Welcome aboard. I sail M-15 # 620 (Sweet Dream) out of Mobile, Al. I don't think you can find a better sail boat for two folks than an M-15, particularly if you plan to trailer sail it. The M-15 sets up very fast (we need to have a competition someday before I get much older) and is very easy to trail and launch.
